Oatlympics Day

Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi!! Is there a better way to commemorate and celebrate The Rio Olympic Games than hosting our very own ‘Oatlympics’ event? The sun was shining upon us, there was a sea of colour from students representing various countries colours from all around the world. We started with an opening ceremony and then students moved onto a series of carnival based activities such as the gumboot throw, the 3 legged race, egg & spoon races and many more fun activities. A big thank you to the parent helpers, the staff for their support and enthusiasm in encouraging their students to dress up in the countries colours and to the students who participated in a positive way in all activities. Looking forward to doing it all again in 4 years time!!!
